Your application will be directed to a Campaign Development team member who specialises in your business’ industry sector. They will review the application in context of the business’ likelihood of running a successful equity crowdfunding campaign. They may get in contact with you to further discuss your business and details of your raise in order to make an informed decision.
After you’ve spoken to a member of our Campaign Development team and your application is approved, you’ll need to agree to the terms of raising on Seedrs and sign an engagement letter. Once finalised, you’ll be introduced to your Campaign Manager who will be on hand to guide you through the process. You’ll be provided access to the Entrepreneur platform to start on the tasks required to get your campaign live.
